I am a highly experienced Sales Coordinator in a Toy Store as my recent job.My role is to attend Customer Concerns and to provide immediate solution.I also do product demonstration to our customers.I have an active account on an online store here in my country,that's why I'm very familiar in uploading products images,provide attractive description,monitor inventory and talk to customers thru chat.I really love talking to different customers and give them my best customer service.This is my first time applying for a virtual role,but I can assure you that I am a fast learner and can easily adapt to new work environment.I am hoping that you will consider my application and I am so excited to work with your company.

As a Customer Service Representative,I have to make sure that our customer will be satisfied with our product and services.In my experience,the most challenging days in my job is during Christmas seasons.Most customers are in a holiday rush that's why there's some situation that cannot avoid.Sometimes customer purchased incomplete or defective item.This is a gift to kids,so you can imagine the frustration if they received a not functioning item.So I evaluate the item and replaced it right away if needed.
