- Currently a Real Estate Executive Virtual Assistant/ Transaction Coordinator. Overall assistance and managing the buying and selling transactions from start to finish. I am highly knowledgeable about how Real Estate works in the US, like the buying and selling process, the involved parties, types of ownership, types of loans, and the terminologies used in real estate, I knew many tools used in real estate transactions: MLS (listing, CMA, market search update, etc.!), Dotloop, KW Command, Zillow, other listing sites & many more!!. I am also doing rental management. 
- Sales and Marketing Coordinator for 3 years which allowed me to fully delve into administrative tasks and day-to-day coordination with clients through emails, calls, and messaging. My other tasks include providing quotations for the clients; preparing reports; filing and organizing documents; recording minutes of the meeting and coordinating all transactions from order up to after-sales. My background also enabled me to explore various tools such as Google applications; MS applications and I also have skills in photo manipulation and video editing.
- Customer Care Representative in a US-based telecommunications company for half a year, in which I was primarily responsible for providing solutions to clients like performing troubleshooting if they are encountering connectivity issues. Aside from that, I was also in charge of explaining billings and handling concerns related to them. So, I've mastered tasks that would ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
