I have an experience in BPO industry that is based in the US and Lead Generator in Australia in a Remote Setup. 

* Customer service representative (Health care Assistant)- Answering all queries and providing solutions (Inbound call)

* Data Entry specialist (Logistic and Freight forwarding Company) - Collects data across the web and create a format that fits your specific needs. Advanced researched and data mining skills. Extracting and ingesting data from websites. Import information from a website into a spreadsheet.

* Appointment Setter (Auto and House Insurance) - Getting appointment thru phone call (Outbound). - Creating interest in goods and services and seeking a sale or agreeing to a sales appointment. Working on scripts and lists of contacts to promote goods and services by telephone. Recording notes for follow-up action and updating marketing databases to reflect changes in the status of each customer. Reporting issues raised by contacts to managers. Maintaining statistics of calls made and successes achieved.
