• Manages a Team of Virtual assistants for real estate in the US.

Virtual Assistant (Real Estate)- 6 months:
• Data Entry, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Follow ups through phone call and email.

Merchant Loan Processor
•Updates data on CRM, collects needed information from the merchant, calls the merchant to explain how the merchant account works, guides the merchant through the entire application process.

Client Relations Manager - 1year:
• Building lasting relationships and make certain that clients are satisfied with our services and that we meet the clients' needs.
• Assist the sales team in prospecting for potential customers and establishing a relationship with them before they become an official client.

Recruitment Manager - 4 years:
• Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
• Keep track of recruiting metrics.
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.

Trainer - 3 years:
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
