Good Day. I'm a Lead Generation Specialist and have an experience working for a personalized and cold email campaign thru LinkedIn. I get the leads from LinkedIn sales nav and use a scraping tool (Apollo and Seamless) to generate emails and reach out to them by commenting on their LI posts and creating a personalized email or by sending cold email using Instantly. I also manage the responses until they book a call and also the one adding them to lead pipeline. I also managed the pipeline and sent them follow ups. I use Notion as a CRM to manage my leads and was using my clients Gmail accounts to send personalized emails. I am wearing many hats in my job that my role also includes VA screening, VA training and onboarding before referring them to our clients, processing their payroll, create training guidelines, SOP's, Playbooks and sometimes copywriting for our client's campaign. I love growth and always strive to learn and grow rapidly. My success is my client's success and considers my client's satisfaction a priority. Would love to hear more about your campaign and targeted audience. I also worked before for a European account on an online shopping website.  I have experience on managing comments, sending emails, private chats and using Zendesk. I have more than 4 years experience in handling international US voice accounts such as Credit One bank, Sprint, Verizon, Netflix, Bell Canada and worked as a Sports Analyst for Hudl. I have good communication and writing skills. I can speak fluent English language and has good comprehension skills. I am a fast learner, can work with less supervision and can work in a fast paced environment. I am punctual and do my very best in every job. I can work in different schedules and time zones. I am tech savvy and have keen attention to details. I am goal oriented and always makes sure that I have given the best customer service experience to customers.
