Profile Description

I have my 3 years experience in recruitment such as sourcing qualified candidates for the position, participating in applicant interviews, and conducting reference checks on possible candidates, processing employee contracts and other relevant documents for their employment. Futhermore, I provides support to supervisors and staff to develop their skills and capabilities. While ensuring that their accurate job descriptions are in place. I also monitors staff performance, attendance activities, compliance company policies and status of employment. I was the one who processes and monitors posting of government remittances and Company Benefits.
Moreover, I do processing of regularization documents, Change of Position Title or Work Assignment, Change of Employment Status, Notice of End of Contract, Employee Contracts and other relevant documents.
Lasty, I verifies attendance, hours worked and pay adjustment. Keeps track of leave time, such as vacation, sick leave and others.
