Profile Description

• Responsible for the job posting positions, reviewing resumes, screening applicants over the phone, coordinating interviews to ensure the timely hiring of candidates.
• Sourced candidates for all positions from various social media sources including but not limited to Indeed, Ziprecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, LinkedIn and Upgrade to see actual info. 
• Knowledgeable in using various ATS/CRM such as ICIMS, Compass, Intranet and Asana. • Assisted with developing and maintaining databases for recruitment tracking, staffing, policies, and procedures.
• Interviewing healthcare professionals, evaluating candidates' strengths and skills, and comparing them with clients' requirements.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description.
• Communicate effectively with the internal and external team to accomplish short and long terms goals in an efficient manner.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with the candidates and partner with the hiring manager, to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
• Invests time learning and investigating ways to become better at recruiting.
