• Interviewing healthcare professionals, evaluating candidates' strengths and skills, and comparing them with clients' requirements.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates to Client Hiring Managers based on the provided job description.
• Communicate effectively with the internal and external team to accomplish short and long terms goals in an efficient manner.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong relationships with the candidates and partner with the hiring manager, to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
