I have over eight years of work experience in the ESL industry as an English teacher and
Academic Adviser, almost two years of experience as a customer service representative in the BPO industry and a year of experience as a communication and product trainer. I have also worked a web content writer, blogger, and copy editor for over a year. As an AB English graduate, my training in university included in-depth studies of English grammar and communication. I am hardworking, dedicated, amiable and a fast learner. I am looking to leverage my skills, knowledge and experience in a new role.
