Profile Description

I started working as a freelancer as an E-Commerce Customer Relations Specialist. I used to handle all of the tasks under Customer Service department. I handle all tickets, returns, refunds etc. I've worked with various marketplaces and worked with different 3PLs and merchants.

I also used to work as a Social Media Manager for a local brand for about 3 years now. 

Before I went into freelancing, I was doing product research and E-commerce business handling for almost 2 years for a local company here. I also have an extensive experience as a Travel Agent.
