Profile Description

Majority of my work experience was spent in the BPO industry. I had customer service and technical
support experience. I also worked with few other departments such as Quality, Training and recently
with, Operations. I have excellent English communication skill and proficient with Microsoft office
applications. To gain additional knowledge and skills, I joined a virtual training course about being a Virtual ---------- om here, I had ideas about basic tasks of being an Admin, working with systems that can be useful in
as part of the VA tasks, and learned more about managing emails and marketing in e-commerce. With the pandemic, I become more independent and reliable. Working from home requires much
determination as you will have to work with minimal or up to no supervision at all. I like learning new
things that I know will help develop my skills.
