I've been in the business process outsourcing industry for 7 years now and I have handled customer service support and technical support roles in multiple accounts such as telco companies, Financial Institution and my most recent job working in a real estate industry specifically in a property management company. With over 3 years and 7 months of experience I've taken on multiple tasks from appointment setting, to handling maintenance concerns from both tenants and owners, reviewing inspection reports, escalations and working with 3rd party vendors/contractors.
