Profile Description

I have been working in a Sales Industries for almost two years and also being an Inventory clerk as well. Been an agent/Email support/Chat Support in an office based Business Process Outsourcing for about 5 years. I have been in this industry since 2010. Thus, my English proficiency, learning ability, and computer literacy are well developed.
I have experience in Customer Service and being an ESL teacher since 2016 until present. A Junior K12 Teacher, an H5 Teacher and TESOL/TEYL passer.
Also had a team leader experience from the yearUpgrade to see actual infoin a BPO industry (Work From Home). It  is  the third-party vendor Company sells flowers online or through inbound calls. But I was assigned under the Send Department to where we are the ones who are calling flower shops that can deliver to the recipients.  I got promoted as an Assistant Team Leader after 3 months of being an agent then promoted again after 10 months and became the Team Leader in a remote BPO company.
