One example that demonstrates my ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders was during a major cross-department procurement initiative at The Wound Pros. I coordinated between the VP, procurement team, vendors, and business unit leads to ensure documents were completed, contracts were routed on time, and follow-up actions were handled without delay. I tracked timelines, kept all parties aligned, and provided regular status updates, allowing the VP to focus on strategic decisions while I kept day-to-day execution on track.
Across my roles, I’ve used a wide range of tools to stay organized and support efficient operations. This includes project management platforms such as Asana, communication and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Zoom, and enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, Freshdesk, and HubSpot.
