I always manage my clients important schedule especially meetings while ensuring efficient time management and smooth workflows. I was also a gym receptionist, I always monitor 100+ clients due dates and payments over every month for renewal of their membership. I was the one who will send emails or texted them for update. I was the one who make schedules in our department every cut off. I always maintain the exact same date every month to submit monthly report to our General Manager. I have basic knowledge with this but eager to learn things and new ways in handling calendar management from my client.

I took a course on managing the client's email, and it was quite helpful. Since I've worked as a receptionist and an HR assistant intern, I've had experience managing emails every day, including ground transportation since we communicate and follow up our clients and guests via text and emails. I'm able to control your inbox, reply to emails, sort mail, and make filters. I trained for 1 week to practice and familiarized the things I should know and also eager to learn more things from my client.

As a former hotelier in our city for more that 5 years, I am very confident that planning travels for my client will be a piece of cake for me from planning a travel accommodation for a them. Booking flights that are very comfortable and meet client needs including booking of the hotel accommodation and arranging ground transportation. This skill I had will make sure that the client will have a good and satisfying back and fourth travel and accommodation.

I joined different trainings and learned a lot to master the work I wanted to offer for my client. I am aiming to help my client to achieve their goals. I helped entrepreneurs to promote their brands and services by posting and engaging to their audience by using effective social media strategist.

I have a basic experience in making designs. I can offer video editing also. I have experience being an online seller, a clothing shop and I was the one who make my own logo and design and an eye-catching captions for my business. Posting designs and captioning every product is what I did to engage people through my designs and using effective social media strategist.

When I ran a small clothes business in the past, I used Facebook ads whenever I posted products on my Facebook platform for sale. I advertised on Facebook to attract more viewers and customers to my store. I make sure to use high-quality photographs, videos, and effective content creation and I always make sure to reach the right audience or ideal client.
