I have a total of 11 years working experience in a Healthcare BPO industry as Quality Auditor, Data Entry, Data Analyst, Administrative Assistant, and Reports Analyst. My latest experience is being a ABA Contracting (Group Provider Enrollment) and Credentialling Specialist in Mental Health Setting.

I am assigned to submit application from different insurances such as Aetna, Optum/UHC, BCBS, Carelon via Availity, Humana, Tricare, TriWest, Cigna/Evernorth, Molina, CareSource, Presbyterian, WesternSky, CareFirst via website, email or portal. I am working on prefilling documents, updating CAQH, checking license registry for BCBA via BCBA Registry, checking and validating NPPES Registry, consolidating files, extracting reports, creating reports and other clerical job. I also reach out to different departments may it be internal or external via phone or email to request and follow up the status.
