I have four years experience in the retail industry and one year in Customer Service. I love serving and looking for solutions to resolve the concerns of my clients. My education and experience in customer service have made me more confident to provide professional, skilled, and enthusiastic customer service. I have knowledge and experience in the following fields:
• Customer Service / Administrative Support- I have experienced responding to different concerns of clients, walkthrough the customers on the website, recording customer's demands for future improvement of services, logging calls.
• eBay Virtual Assistance- I have knowledge in Product Research and Supplier, Manual Listing, Product Listing (Auto DS and Shopmaster), Zik Analytics and Competitors Analysis, Promoted Listing, and have overview on Amazon, Mercari, Poshmark, Kidizen.
