I have worked as a customer service representative for 3 years and 2 months. I have worked with Macy's, H&R BLOCK, Amazon, Verizon Prepaid, AT&T ISM, and T-Mobile for Business. I believe that I have the skills and knowledge that is the best fit for the role.
I was a virtual assistant, Client data associate, cold caller/Appointment setter, and transaction coordinator/operations assistant since I started working remotely for 1 year and 9 months.
I worked as an assistant supervisor taking in supervisor calls if customers requested for one when I was previously working with a contact center. Assisting the supervisor with admin tasks. Tracking the KPI of the team. Coaching agents, Managing performance and metrics.
3 years and 2 months in contact center/BPO.1 year and 9 months for working remotely.
I have experience working with a real estate company as a virtual assistant with tasks such as Data Validation,Data Entry and appointment Upgrade to see actual info involves research on checking the information of finding the property owner and verifying the data we have and categorizing them if probate, tax delinquent, divorce, etc. And then we reach out to them by cold calling.
I worked with a Marketing/Real Estate company as a Client Data Associate doing Data Entry / Data Mining and maintaining clients' CRM. I do research and input information from the internet onto these CRM for the clients to get leads and close deals. Upon receiving a requested lead type from clients, We will clean the lists. We Cleaning lists pertain to finding the property owner and verifying that the property meets the client's criteria depending on the lead type. (Liens, tax delinquency, tax shut off, etc. Importing and experting, Mapping csv files to Gohighlevel.
I worked with a company as a cold caller/appointment setter which I am tasked to call stores and send emails to offer cashless atm and set an appointment,
I have also worked with an e-commerce business. They mainly sell on marketplaces ad websites such as  (Upgrade to see actual info). They are based in the Netherlands and Work for them as a virtual assistant with tasks such as data entry tasks, product descriptions.
I've also worked as a transaction coordinator/operations assistant for a broker in a real estate company mainly doing database management and the administrative part oftransaction management, Inbound and outbound phone calls, Sending emails and text messages to leads, attorneys and Loan officer, Social Media Moderation & Organic Lead Generation, Facebook ads, posting on marketplace and craigslist, Editing and proofreading of documents, Sending documents that needs to be signed to people that is part of a transaction, Monitoring and Compute the team and the agent transaction income per closed deal (Total sale price, GCI, Commissions, team and agent total income), List building by researching on the internet for property owners and renters.
I assure you that I am hardworking, intelligent, Comfortable with technology, and reliable. I am easy to work with, and my communication lines are always open. I know I have things that I am not well-versed and familiar with. But despite all these circumstances, I assure you that my ears are ready and open for any suggestions and improvements, and my mind is focused on accepting and learning accordingly. I'm more than willing to be trained to gain more knowledge and I am always eager for knowledge and I am a fast learner.
With all of my previous experiences, achievements and skills, I was able to hone my skills and gain more knowledge that would make an impact to the company.
