Profile Description

I have worked as a customer service representative for a food delivery account. My primary role here as CSR is to take orders, do follow-ups, and settle complaints. I have worked as a freelance brand ambassador, also known as a brand promoter, for different products. I also worked as a sales associate for apparel, clothing, and sports brands. I worked as a sales representative for a sports brand, where my main responsibilities included organizing online orders, responding to emails, processing orders, and tracking purchases. I have an idea for drop shipping task and tracking clients' orders.
As a computer secretarial intern at a local city hall, I am familiar with different clerical tasks such as data entry, calendar management, and retyping. 
My main goal is to gain more knowledge regarding virtual assistant jobs and become more efficient in them.
