Profile Description

I have been a Customer Service Representative for a total of 30 Upgrade to see actual info my first BPO company, I am truly grateful to experienced handling telecommunication account where I'm assisting customers over the phone to help them understand the products and resolving complaints/issues. I also worked as a technical support where advice service is being provided to help customers who have problems using their device. Then in my second BPO company, I handled healthcare account and it helps me develop a different Upgrade to see actual infoom being a phone support advocate I was transferred to a new line of business where chat and emails is our way to address member's needs, complaints and respond to their gratitude for the service provided. Because of these, I was able to improve my skills in communication and deliver a great quality of service to people, which helps me to identify also my own needs of development.

My expertise is in communicating via phone, chat and email as stated above to provide service. My strengths are adaptability, problem-solving, flexibility, listening capacity, typing, multitasking, patience, empathy and to work on a team. Since my previous jobs works with computer, I know how to use application software like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Puzzle, Online ordering, Five9 and Photoshop. And I am willing to learn more if there are other software tools needed.

As stated on the summary of my skills, I am flexible with the tasks that I will be designated to do. You won't have a hard time contacting me. And in any case you would require me to learn a specific program for this job, I will do my best to learn the task. I can assure you that I can easily adapt to any sort of training or program that the job requires me to. I'm a person that requires minimum supervision once I've learned my duties.
