Hi!
I am an experienced customer service representative. I have worked in the BPO Industry since 2011 for different brands and products like Upgrade to see actual info, JustFab, AT&T, Uber Eats, Comcast, and Because Market. Having almost 12 years of experience in an industry where assisting customers and making sure that they are satisfied and happy is a priority, I believe that I am perfect for any role.
I have handled Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Accounts. I can work with minimal supervision. I am adaptable to change, flexible and detailed-oriented and I can multitask. I have handled different positions throughout the Upgrade to see actual infoom being a sales/customer service/technical agent, I was promoted to Quality Analyst. Then I became a Subject Matter Expert. After 8 months, I was promoted to Assistant Team Leader.
I was also an email specialist for Uber Eats and was a technical chat support representative for Comcast.
