Profile Description

Provide customer service through phone, email and chat to tenants, prospect and owner.
Answer phones(forward to appropriate parties)
Listing properties online
Screening prospects and processing tenancy applications.
Sending Move out / Move in Inspections reports.
Logging maintenance request from tenants.
Updating work orders.
Following up with maintenance & vendors to make sure work orders on are completed
Scheduling Other inspections (Housing inspections, Lead Inspection, Fire Inspections, Annual Ins)
Creating payment plans & sending them out for signature
Process rent collection for delinquent tenants
Adding charges to the tenant's ledger.
Sending Owner Statements.
Data Entry and Managing CRM, Email and Calendar Management
Knowledgeable using Appfolio, Rent Manager, Buildium etc.
You might be using other property management system, but I guarantee I am a fast learner and always willing to research about it.
