Profile Description

My recent experience is with an e-commerce company where I hired and managed a team of video editors, image editors, videographers, copywriters, media buyers, and animators. We produce Facebook, Youtube, and Google ads for brands like Sutera, BugMD, Clarifion, and Cleanomic.

I was involved in building a Philippines team for an e-commerce business consisting of various departments including Customer Service for both inbound and outbound call and email support, a team of video and image editors, media buyers, product sourcing and order fulfillment team, research VAs, and social media moderators.

I spearheaded the growth and expansion of the Philippines team to fit the business' needs helping in building SOPs, implementing workflows, recruitment, payroll, and keeping the overall health of the team. The team grew from 4 employees to 90 heads in 2 years. 

I have worked with companies like Upgrade to see actual info, NativeCommerce and eJam. I have also worked for agencies providing digital marketing services.

I am very familiar with project management methodologies and what it takes to be a successful project manager. I am highly organized, handle pressure very well, am a people-person, resourceful, and a techie. I have no issues with learning new tools and can work on my own. 

Throughout my online career, I have handled many teams and departments. I also developed and learned many skills that are relevant to a business. This includes social media advertising and management, marketing, SEO, content management, human resource, payrolls, and various admin tasks. These skills helped me ace whatever role I have to perform in a company, be it as a Project or Operations Manager.

I am looking for a full-time role wherein I can exhibit my skills, knowledge, and abilities for the company's success.

 I have a stable 50Mbps internet connection, a quiet environment, a MacBook Pro 2020 computer, and a backup plan in case of power outages.
