Profile Description

Proven track record in a BPO company and being a property manager, and a genuine drive for success, I believe that my determination, creativity, and willingness make me an excellent fit for this opportunity. 

For two years, I worked as a customer service representative in a BPO, where I honed my communication and problem-solving abilities while assisting customers over the phone. This role taught me the importance of providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to serve as a property manager for a storage Upgrade to see actual info this capacity, I managed a wide range of responsibilities, including handling payments, overseeing lease agreements, addressing customer issues, coordinating with maintenance personnel, and sourcing companies for facility development.

My top 3 strengths are determination, creativity, and willingness. I always look for ways to be determined in doing the tasks assigned to me. Tasks are not just jobs given to you it also comes with the trust given by your client thinking that they can rely on you. Creative in a way that if something does not go as planned, I tend to be innovative and think of something else that would still lead me to the desired result. Willing, everyone is not perfect and there is always room for improvement. I am willing to learn new things and discover new knowledge.
