To support the management team with problem-solving skills, effective teamwork, and respect for deadlines while providing administrative and entry-level talent to prove myself and grow with the company, that is ME! I've been a customer service representative for almost 5 years now. I make sure that I provide the best that I can to each customer that I talk to. I don't just offer what they need, but I exceed their expectations. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter for a Real Estate Company based in Canada for almost 2 years. I learned a lot when I worked with that client; he was able to push me to the limit to the point that I learned the things I thought I was not capable of. I've been doing a lot of data entry, data mining, administrative work, customer service, of course, and setting appointments.
I am well-versed in all areas of administrative work, including market research, lead generation, creating and editing original content, and creating and compiling reports and spreadsheets.
