I am familiar with various MLS systems, CRMs, and campaign tools, and I am able to manage a range of tasks, including lead generation, admin tasks, social media management, email management, and listing management.
Additionally, I have recently obtained my certification from the Real Estate Board as a Certified Transaction Coordinator. I am well-versed in transaction coordination for various states in the US, including FL, TX, CA, AZ, NJ, MD, NC, DC, and VA. I have also led the expansion for one of the brokerage's TC and back-end operations teams across the US and even led the operations team in one of the brokerages in Canada. I have an exemplary background in creating transaction processes and checklists to smooth out the process of doing transactions.
