A professional individual with over 10 years of experience in a BPO industry. Been working as a Medical Coder Support Coordinator for 4 years where i stepped up my skills in providing support and solutions to the client using various tools such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powepoint and MS Outlook. This also enhanced my capabilities of communicating effectively to the client to resolve work issues and conflicts.
Also spent 9 years of experience as Transaction Processor/Data Entry with a typing speed of 60 wpm where i enhanced my ability to be very efficient in encoding, very keen and vigilant on details inorder to provide quality work to the client.
