I am currently working for a travel company as a Deputy Manager handling 4 teams with 4 leads, 3 supports and 70 agents under my span. I make sure that we meet the targets assigned by the client month-on-month. I have also initiated actions to help improve our metrics such as Agent Error and DSAT.
I am a work-oriented and people-oriented person. I am the type of person who values
fexibility, transparency and independence as guiding principles.
Flexibility, as I am very willing to learn more. Transparency, as I would like to be treated as
truthfully as I treat other people. Lastly, my independence, as I cherish freedom. I follow
rules and regulations as well. I am open to whatever criticisms and I take them
constructively and with utter comprehension at the same time.
To be honest though, I just don’t work hard, rather I work SMART. I don’t just do what I am
compromising or sacrificing
