Profile Description

I have almost five years of experience in background screening, customer service, team management, training and documentation. I am very passionate about writing, content creation, copywriting, editing, transcription, etc. I can also do administrative tasks and data entry. I also worked as an Essay Editing Lead, but prior to being prompted, I worked as a full-time Editor, where I got to edit Scholarship Applications, resumes, cover letters, and Admission Applications. I also worked as a Writer/Scribe, where I helped the Director of Education publish newsletters or any writing he needs to put out. I was then promoted to Operations Assistant where I took care of all things operations such as payroll, support, scheduling, and many more.
