• High level computer skills including excel, word and power point.
• Fifteen years of experience in customer service both face to face and through phones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills acquired via study and customer service experienced
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
• Project Management skills: Influencing, leading, negotiating, and delegating abilities
• Planning to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and share skills acquired.
