I've been into customer support since i am working in a BPO company where assistance is highly needed. Good computer skills especially in word and excel, basic knowledge of powerpoint presentation. I've been into writing like articles and reports. I can assure that whoever will be my employer they can have their trust in me since I am hardworking and honest in everything I do. I am also versatile in things that needs to be changed especially schedules or whatsoever that needs to be changed. I am also open for criticisms since it can help me improve my outputs.
