Since 2014, I started working virtually for a number of Professional Services firms based in Australia. They were specifically in Financial Services offering Home Loans, Mortgage Broking, Financial Planning and Accounting services.This experience taught me that there was a gap in the market for Business Process Outsourcing.Processing home loan application is not an easy task for Mortgage Brokers but with my various experience as a VA, I help them make it easier to handle applications.Some of the tasks I can perform but not limited to are:• Scenario Checks• File Management• CRM Data Entry• Pre-Assessment tasks (Pricing, Credit Check, Product ComparisonServicing Calculation• NCCP Document population within brokers CRM• Collecting and Checking Supporting Documents• Ordering upfront valuations and generating property reports• Loan lodgment to ApplyOnline and Submission to Lender• Management of all communications with solicitors, real estate agents and financial institutions• Preparing Lender Forms• Follow-up on Approvals• Follow up client with Conditions received from Lender• Tracking Settlement• Settlement PreparationPost Settlement – providing confirmation letter and any further post settlement issues.
