Profile Description

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education major in English, the values I imbibed and instilled by my Alma mater fosters a great impact in my career in the BPO industry as I am living with a high sense of regard to commitment coupled with diligence and dedication. My 3 years of work experience includes customer service, sales, billing, retention, and technical support for Comcast, AT&T, and T-Mobile. I believe that great customer service is not limited to resolving a client's concern but moreover the ability to bridge the gap between the consumers and the company.
Aside from working in the call center, I started working remotely at home as a Cold caller, appointment setter, and Virtual assistant customer service. I was able to work for the e-commerce, health, and the Real estate industry. Some of my tasks as a virtual assistant are; I'm being assigned to respond to customer's concerns, inquiries, refund/cancellation through email and social media, Reaching out to suppliers regarding the orders, fulfilling orders on the platform, listing information using google docs/spreadsheets, or  Airtable, excel, Shopify, Oberlo, Zendesk, Reamaze, Quire, Airtable, and many more.
