I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education major in English, the values I imbibed and instilled by my Alma mater fosters a great impact in my career in the BPO industry as I am living with a high sense of regard to commitment coupled with diligence and dedication. My 3 years of work experience includes customer service, sales, billing, retention, and technical support for Comcast, AT&T, and T-Mobile.
