I am currently working as a business development specialist in Avida Land Corp, a Real Estate company here in the Philippines. I’ve been in the position for almost 3 years now and most of my tasks are land prospecting, market research, and competitor scanning. Prior to that, I have been an Admin Assistant and an Executive Assistant in the same company which I’ve got to experience administrative tasks such as data entry, email and calendar management, database management, and partial customer service handling wherein we coordinate with the suppliers for the office supplies delivery and cost. I attended a few training in database management, basic excel, and business communication with the help of my current employer.Aside from the above-mentioned experience, I also do in-depth market research and product promotion for my own small business and also answer customer-related concerns.Given the summary of skills that I have, I also possess the following competencies that I can assure you of quality work output. I have the initiative to have an efficient way to accomplish the task with great results. I also value the time and trust of my employer. That’s why I do my best to accomplish each task in a timely manner. And lastly, I am flexible in working under minimal supervision. I am also willing to take any training or any specific program that’ll be useful for my job.
