Basic Graphic Editing (Canva) — Resizing, retouching, and formatting images for store pages, ads, and email campaigns with a consistent, polished look.

SOP-Driven Operations — Comfortable working within documented systems and internal tools. I follow processes precisely, flag issues early, and deliver without needing constant supervision.
Multi-Brand Experience — Used to managing tasks across multiple stores at once, switching contexts quickly without sacrificing accuracy or quality.

Technical Setup

Metafields Population — Filling in custo ---------- tafields such as materials, dimensions, care instructions, or any store-specific data fields the theme requires.

Product Status Management — Setting products as active, draft, or archived appropriately and scheduling publish dates when needed.

Shipping & Weight Details — Entering accurate product weights and dimensions so shipping rates calculate correctly at checkout.

Collections Management — Adding products to manual collections or ensuring they meet the conditions for automated collections.

Quality Control

Proofreading Listings — Reviewing all entered data for typos, formatting inconsistencies, wrong prices, or missing information before publishing.

Preview Checking — Viewing each product page on both desktop and mobile to confirm everything displays correctly before going live.

Broken Link & Image Checks — Ensuring all product images load properly and no internal links are broken.

Duplicate Detection — Identifying and merging or removing duplicate listings that could confuse customers or dilute SEO.
