I am Upgrade to see actual info, I usually go by Ben. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Psychology and 10+ years of experience in BPO and freelancing. I was a former Team Manager at IBEX Global Solutions Inc. and Allez BPO and my recent work was a Fulfillment Support in a US-based e-commerce company.
