I am a fast learner, hardworking, and a results-driven individual.
Whenever I get myself into something, whether career-related, personal matter, or extra-curricular activity, I always make sure that I will be good at it.

I am competitive, as well, so I ensure that all deliverables are submitted on or before the deadline without sacrificing the quality. 
I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, data entry management, and emailing as these are the most utilized tools in my previous and current jobs.
I have a strong English command, both written and oral.
I know how to navigate within Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as I personally have accounts on these social media platforms.
Further, I have great people management skills as I have worked as a Team Leader in a BPO industry handling 18 specialists with a goal of providing excellent and unparalleled customer Upgrade to see actual info addition to my BPO background for over 12 years, having experienced working as a Secretary/Executive Assistant for a total of 15 years, makes me confident that I will be able to carry out all the tasks of a Virtual/Personal Assistant/eCommerce/Customer Support Expert.
