I used to work as a technical support associate, team lead, web designer, web design quality coordinator, and process improvement associate. I am currently a web development project manager for a digital marketing agency.
My previous work experiences allowed me to acquire skills that are very helpful in my current role. I have advanced Excel skills, which I use for data analysis, tracking, monitoring, and reporting. I can create and edit designs in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Recently, I've learned how to make minor edits on WordPress and Shopify.
My responsibilities as a web project manager include scheduling and monitoring tasks, managing resources, and scope compliance to make sure that the work is delivered on time and within budget. I act as a liaison between account managers and contributors (designer, writer, and developer) to communicate client requirements and the progress of their web projects.
