I am a Registered Psychometrician. I have an intensive study in the field of Psychology that focuses on designing and developing psychological tests and assessment tools used to measure constructs such as intelligence, personality, aptitude and ability. I am responsible for the recruitment and hiring process, establishing standard procedures for test administration, scoring and evaluating the test scores to ensure their reliability and validity. Additionally, I am accountable for interpreting the results and writing the psychological reports of the applicants. I do research to improve the existing tests and develop new assessment tools. 

Part of the recruitment process is the administrative work that is crucial in facilitating smooth and efficient operations within the organization and contributing to its productivity. I am the point of contact for internal and external communications. Also, I help in managing and coordinating the schedule for managers, updating, creating and maintaining documents and records that are easily accessible. I also assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, preparing budget proposals, and writing expense reports. 

On the other hand, I find joy in teaching English for businessmen and professionals and help them develop their language skills focusing on improving their listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, pronunciation and oral skills. Apart from that, I asses student's proficiency, provide feedback on their performance, and promote cultural awareness and sensitivity to facilitate effective communication in real-life situations. I try to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students would feel comfortable practicing English.
