Profile Description

I have been in the software development industry for almost 7 years. I started as a Quality Assurance Engineer for one of the local companies here providing QA work for their homegrown apps, making sure that our software gets released to the public with minimal and controlled risks. I transitioned to being a Business Analyst with the same company, providing analytical work for stakeholder requirements, process improvement and project management.
Furthermore, I worked with Cebu Pacific, one of the local airlines here in the Philippines. I've mostly dealt with internal apps for flight crew member's KPI reviews and an e-commerce like uniform and equipment distribution.
Also, I worked with a subscription billing and payment provider. My tasks here involved around studying the business domain, creating wireframes for front end development, implementation and testing of Rest APIs and creating stories for features and functionalities.
I have worked in both a waterfall environment as well as in an agile development environment, I am well versed in the scrum framework.
I have experience in different types of documentation and artifacts like BRDs, SRS, FRDs, Epics, User stories, acceptance criteria, process flow mapping, and wireframes.
