Profile Description

What I do:

A team player who is energetic, reliable, punctual, and has experience in the real estate field as a transaction coordinator.

-Handling all sales and listing transactions from contract through closing
-Coordinating all closing activities
-Ensuring all documents are in compliance with the state (e.g., executed and initialed correctly, required disclosures are secured, etc)
-Maintaining files and the production, coordination, and processing of all information and documents pertaining to each transaction
-Monitoring and assessing the progress of the transaction so that deadlines are met and contingencies are released
-Performing administrative and clerical duties including setting home and inspection appointments


-Residential real estate experience
-Exceptional customer service and communication skills
-Attention to detail and deadlines
-Ability to multi-task and problem solve
-Solid clerical or administrative background with above-average computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
