Hello! I am a loyal and passionate freelancer. I have abundant years of experience as Real Estate Admin  Assistant. I am keen to details, productive and a team player. I make sure that quality is my top priority while keeping a balance to large quantity of work loads. I am eager and can easily learn new tasks. Right after college, I worked as an Accounts Receivable Staff. In this role, I assist on the process in the AR department as well as the day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data. A year after, I become interested in joining one of the local BPO company in our city as a Data Entry Specialist which open doors to my freelancing journey.  Now, as a Real Estate Admin Assistant, I have assisted a team of realtors in listing properties, drafting contracts, sending text blast to various prospecting leads and other admin tasks. I also achieved to make the marketing process seamless and improved the company's sales volume each month. Most recently I attended Social Media Marketing and Management training to help sharpen my digital marketing skills. 
I would like to describe myself as someone who is committed to deliver the best output possible, work on tasks soonest and bring these qualities to my clients.
