Profile Description

Broad experience in inbound and outbound calls (marketing, sales and customer retention) and email marketing. I worked in a BPO industry where from CSR, I was promoted to SME (subject matter expert) to QA (Quality Auditor) to Team Lead or Supervisor. Also used to write for our school publication from High School to College and landed my first job where I write PR articles submitted and published to the leading newspapers in the Philippines and business magazines. I also worked in Financial institutions such as bank and Insurance Company where I received numerous awards as Financial Advisor. For VA tasks, I used to do lead generation, cold calls, and customer support for a European based company and a recruiter for a recruitment firm in Southeast Asia.
