In my previous roles, I conducted weekly client check-ins, provided regular updates, and created monthly Loom video reports to keep clients informed and engaged. I also managed subscriptions through Stripe and Noomerik and used ClickUp to organize tasks, track progress, and ensure everything stayed on schedule.
