However, faced with the challenges posed by the pandemic, I strategically pivoted, opting to close down my business and refocus on the work-from-home setup.
Now, I am thrilled to announce my return to providing an office-based setup through Outsourcelly, my agency committed to delivering exceptional BPO solutions. Our main headquarters is strategically situated in NY, where I lead the team to ensure seamless operations in this vibrant city.
