For the past 3 years, I held the position of Chat Support VA/Appointment Scheduler at an Australian health coaching Upgrade to see actual info this role, my primary responsibilities involved engaging with leads through chat and text messages, guiding them towards scheduling calls. I also managed manual scheduling, handled rescheduling and cancellations, and performed various back-end tasks.

Preceding this, I dedicated 5 years to serving as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist at AT&T. During this period, I honed my skills in delivering exceptional customer support, identifying customer needs, adeptly presenting sales pitches, and skillfully addressing objections.

My background also encompasses a role as an Administrative Assistant, where I effectively managed business correspondence and provided invaluable support to the General Manager, Board of Directors, and Department Heads. This experience further enriched my proficiency in organizational and communication skills.
