Since 2003, I have worked on various projects involving the Hispanic market namely, researching for thermoplastic consumption for the Spain region, answering inbound calls and responding to sales inquiries via e-mail from Hispanic members, and translating monthly newsletter articles from English to Spanish. I am currently looking for opportunities involving contracts for English-Spanish proofreading and/or Spanish-English translation and transcription.
I have an extensive experience in the customer service field and in e-mail support.
I also have basic knowledge in HTML. I currently have 3 WordPress blogs.
