1. Certified Public Accountant with 8+ years of experience in business process outsourcing related to accounting services.
2. Possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in general accounting, intercompany accounting, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, bank reconciliation, month-end close activities, and fixed asset accounting
3. Adept in SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Microsoft Office, and Blackline
4. Equip with experience in knowledge transfer training of new process

EXPERIENCE:
1. Full-cycle of bookkeeping in QuickBooks and Xero: 
> Recording both sales and purchase invoices
> Recording payroll transactions
> Performing payment runs of outstanding payables
> Matching receipts or payments to invoices or expenses

2. Bank Reconciliation in QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP
3. Period-end close activities such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other adjustments
4. Balance sheet accounts reconciliation using Blackline software.
5. Knowledge transfer training and process documentation conducted at the client's site (Singapore and Atlanta).
6. Generate financial reports and file them to gov't reporting bodies
7. Preparation and filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns
