Virtual Assistant - Customer Service - E-commerce 

As a Virtual Assistant (VA), I successfully managed two eBay stores in the US and one in the UK, handling a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. My responsibilities encompassed email assistance, technical support, order processing, shipment tracking, managing returns and refunds, as well as resolving disputes and negative ratings. In my role as an Email Assistant, I effectively communicated with customers, promptly addressing their inquiries and concerns to provide excellent support. I also provided technical assistance, guiding users through any technical difficulties they encountered while using the eBay platform. Managing order processing was a key aspect of my role. This involved verifying purchases, ensuring accurate payment information, and overseeing the fulfillment of orders. I diligently tracked shipments, maintaining close communication with shipping providers to ensure timely and reliable delivery. Additionally, I efficiently managed returns and refunds, coordinating the return process, inspecting items, and processing refunds promptly. I took great care in resolving disputes and addressing negative ratings, working closely with customers to find satisfactory resolutions and turn negative feedback into positive feedback. Overall, my experience as a VA managing eBay stores equipped me with a versatile skill set, allowing me to excel in various aspects of store management and customer support.
