I have also worked as a flight reservations specialist who manages to take inbound calls for 8 hours helping passengers book their tickets, change their flights, upsell more services together with their fares, and giving options when it comes to their flights being affected by schedule changes, cancellations or disrupts, handling customer complaints, giving them first call resolutions and/or urgency in addressing their issues the soonest possible way.
