Client Service Coordinator

• Main point of contact and professionally work directly with company's partners and clients. • Navigate relationships between companies and clients to ensure each party understands the other and is happy with the business arrangements. • Contact clients by telephone or typed letters on a weekly basis to update projects. • Manage orders and provide solutions to issues. • In partner with a department within the company to increase gross profit revenue, minimize cost of goods sold and ensure customer satisfaction leveraging overall expenditure.

Provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve through chat, email and/or phone call any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

• Identifies, investigates, and resolves user’s problems. • Fields support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries or concerns.
